Controller
C. Thomopoulos S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is the Controller according to article 4 paragraph 7 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In order for you to contact us via e-mail at info@o-purist.com we store the data you provide to us (Full name, Address, Telephone, Email, Date, Request, Source of Origin regarding messages received via email and Full name, Email, Date, Request regarding messages received through our contact form), so we can reply to your messages.
In this context, since storage is no longer required, we erase said data or limit their processing in the event where we are not obliged to store such data by law and the procedures of the Company.
Data we process and purpose of processing
A) Information automatically recorded on our server.
(1) Data Logs
When you enter the Website, we collect the personal data (data logs) which are transmitted to our server from your browser. More specifically:
– Internet protocol address (IP- Address).
– Date and time of the request.
– Difference between time zone and the Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
– Content of request (specific web page).
– Access regime/HTTP-Code (Statuscode).
– Each quantity of data transferred.
– The web page from which the request originates.
– Browser.
– Operating system and its surface.
– Language and version of browser software.
(2) Cookies
In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use the Website. Cookies are small data text files which are stored on the device you use and they send to our server information identifying your device. In other words, a unique identification number is created.

B) Information submitted by you – User Information
(1) Date of Birth
Access of minors to the Website is prohibited. For this reason, before you enter the website, we ask you to enter, at your own responsibility, your date of birth, which is anonymous and it is not linked with the internet protocol address of your Computer or any other information of the Data Logs.
The date of birth that you state will not be stored on our server but it is used in order to determine whether you are actually an adult and to grant you access. This cookie is erased after closing your browser unless you choose to save your information. In this case, the cookie is stored under the name ‘’cookie is_adult’’ (without the date of birth that you stated) so you don’t have to enable it again next time you visit our Website.
(2) E-mail address for receiving newsletters
Your e-mail address (is stored on the database we keep) is not linked to the internet protocol address or any other information of the Data Logs.
You can ask us at any time to stop using your e-mail address and to cease any relevant contact by exercising the “right of objection”, which is provided to you by the Law.
